Fantastic hotel. Recently undergone renovation, beautifully done, stylish decor. Great location, easy to get to all major attractions. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Well worth a stay. You wont be disappointed. ...

This is the fourth time we stay here and it is always the same charm.
The place is well located in a safe residential area.
The staff is excellent.
Angelo, Alessia and Monica are very helpful and gave us excellent ideas about what to do and where to have good food.
We will gladly come back.

The pictures of the rooms on the website look a lot better than in real life. Did not like this hotel. It was more like a 3 star hotel. The staff was not friendly and once you ask for something started speaking in Italian about you. I felt really uncomfortable. We were told to select time for breakfast each day of our stay and each day there were not to many people so that was very strange request on the behal...

We recently spent four nights at the Hotel Principe di Villafranca while visiting Palermo. The hotel is 3/10 of a mile from the Lolli train station, which is very convenient when arriving from the airport. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.
