Weekend parties right outside the hotel. Thunderously loud music well into the night. Avoid weekends

DO NOT STAY HERE ON A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY!!!!!!!
If I could post a video, I would. Just outside the hotel is a small square where dozens locals with motorcycles and cars congregate and play music so loud you cannot escape it. Earplugs and noise cancelling headphones do not make a difference!!! This is not an exaggeration. Staff informed me it is EVERY WEEK! They should stop at MIDNIGHT but no guarantee and of co...

While I did not expect much for this hotel, I can clearly state this is NOT a 4-star hotel. The only reason I would give this hotel a single star is for the fact the water was hot. The hotel is located in a shoddy location. Each of the three nights of our stay locals were shooting off fire works disrupting our sleep. The rooms were in poor condition and the staff was unhelpful in every way. There is nothing near...

OK for a one night stay.

Venue was somewhat noisy from street activity and whilst location is central there were some minor issues. Rooms are cosy and walls in need of a clean. Air Conditioning was loud and floors creaky under foot. Sleep comfort was OK and some toiletries were provided....

This was part of a bus tour of Sicily.
I have to say the hotel is great. Fantastic location and easy access to the town centre.
The rooms are a decent size and clean.
The front desk are very helpful and provided a jug on request as well as lots of free ice from the bar.
Only quibble is the super loud night club nearby. We didnt sleep at all!! No wonder they put ear plugs on each of our pillows when we arrived!

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms clean and tidy. The staff helpful but the location is not the best. It literally borders on ehat might be called a 'rough' area. We didn't have any problems but certainly wouldn't have gone in some of the closest bars.
