Great Pisa hotel

Great location opposite the station yet very quiet rooms. Comfortable beds, room nice and dark and lovely French windows letting in fresh air (first floor room). Great breakfast selection. Very professional and friendly staff. Mini market round the corner and close to some good restaurants. Would have liked a kettle in the room, but we only had the standard room....

NH Pisa Outstanding service beyond expectations
We arrived at NH Pisa on 12th January, and I can honestly say I have never experienced such exceptional service from a hotel.
From the moment we checked in, Sylvia at reception was warm, welcoming, and professional a wonderful first impression after travelling.

Avoid this hotel. I booked a family suite with terrace with two bedrooms, and a seating area. I checked into the hotel the week before our arrival and three days before our arrival they emailed to say our room type had been cancelled and we have been upgraded to a superior room. Currently staying at the NH Pisa and we cannot fault the hotel, staff nor location. We were greeted by Sylvia on our day of arrival who was very welcoming, chatty, spoke excellent English and was all too happy to recommend places to visit. Room service are brilliant too, when at home we are up at the crack of dawn to tend to our dogs, when on holiday we do not rush and are known to rise at 10am +, we pop the DO NOT D...
