Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Deserves only 3!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this as a 4 star hotel. It is most definitely more like a 3 star. The staff are friendly, breakfast staff especially nice, however, I would not say the staff are providing anytjing close to 4 star experience.
Our room on the ground floor was by the main road so vert noisy with constant traffic, a lot of ambulance sirens. We could only sleep using ear plugs (not provided, we had to ...

The rooms are quiet and clean.The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions.Special thanks to Alessandra.She helps us to find what we are looking for.The pillows are fluffy and you can sleep like a baby.In front is a bus stop from which you can take bus to Piazza dei Miracoli....

Spent a night in this hotel - lovely and good value for money, it is a 4 star hotel. The room was spacious, shower was great. Generous with products in the bathroom. Free water in the fridge was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Motel style hotel some way from the City centre

Stayed two nights (room 120) on a conference programme.
The hotel looks modern but fairly basic, the room was comfortable overlooking the car park. The walk in shower was antiquated and did not work well but there was a kettle (coffee not replenished) and water free of charge in the fridge.
For tourists visiting Pisa it is too far away from the City centre so not ideal but fine for business.

Stylish hotel a 20min bus ride from the Leaning Tower. Very comfortable rooms, including spacious family rooms with well-equipped en-suite bathroom (our 11-year-old appreciated the free toiletries!). The receptionist went above and beyond in helping us get there after our van broke down on the Super Strada, and all the staff were fantastically helpful and welcoming.
