Wonderful relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel

We have been home a week now. The Villa Kinzica was exactly what we were looking for, a relaxing break. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want fish and chips with John's smiths go to scarborough. If you want good Italian food Villa Kinzica is the place to go. Very clean old fashioned hotel in a beautiful area. We'll be going back...

Older hotel but OK

Large towels, Decaffeinated Espresso, Not a very good breakfast, Older design, Drawers are available, 2 plugs in the bedroom and 1 plug in the bathroom. 2 non-accessible plugs high on the wall by the TV. No USB power jacks. Only one electrical pot for hot water for the entire hotel. Very good paper products (tissues and toilet paper). The lobby desk was not manned all of the time. The food was OK in the restaur...

Wonderful Stay at Old Villa

What an incredibly beautiful location! This hotel is an old, converted villa. Each room is slightly different, but both mine and my sister's were very comfortable. This place has the best beds and best pillows of any place we've stayed on our Italian vacation, and we are beginning our third week. We had dinner in the dining room, and the food was fine. Excellent small hotel.
Stayed 6 nights, second time in 12 years.
Lovely restaurant/ food.
AC was challenged in the heat wave. Bathroom just a bit dated. Rooms very tastefully done.
Nice pool.
Staff very nice. Convenient for the Island crossing....

Great hotel with nice and professional staff.

Great hotel on a nice location. Very kind staff. We arrived early and our room was not ready. No problem, we left the luggage and went out. When we came back our luggage was brought to our (nice) room with alle view. We had a nice dinner on the terrace....
