Great hotel at a very central
location but still nice and quiet during the evenings. Within walking distance of a lot restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is good...

We were originally four of us in this hotel over New Year's Eve, 29.12.24 to 01.01.25. Unfortunately, one person was unable to travel with us for health reasons.
At the reception they first tried to persuade us that we hadn't paid yet. Although Booking had already debited this on 22.12.24. However, I had all the necessary receipts so that I could prove the payment. We then asked if breakfast could be refunded as the...

Incredible holiday for my Dads 70th. We all stayed at the Casual Inca and the staff were so great at helping to make it a memorable holiday. They helped surprise my Dad upon arrival and even arranged a cake for him - thanks so much to Arminda and Armanda for their help! We had such a lovely time, the city is beautiful and the hotel is really well centered so it was only a 10-15 min walk to all the sights. Lovely bre...

Very helpful staff, especially Jorges who gave us loads of great activity ideas about the city and was very friendly! Room.was very spacious, outr teen son had an adjoining room which he liked. Very comfy beds, great shower and shower products, nice fluffy towels! Breakfast was good. Nice central location....

Centrally located stay in the heart of Porto

We stayed at this hotel for one week. It is exceptionally well located.
What really made this stay was Jorge who is front of house and the barman. He is a gentleman, extremely helpful and made us feel at home. He was there to help and to chat to us which we loved, adding so much to our stay. We always enjoyed a drink at the bar after dinner and a conversation with Jorge.
