Excellent location, superb atmosphere with great room, Rituals cosmetics! Best value for money!
Hotel is very clean but the best thing about the stay is the best service

We spent 2 nights here before starting our Camino walk. We had a nice welcome on arrival and the receptionist made a great restaurant recommendation and other highlights on a map for us. Room had everything you could need from a city hotel with lovely toiletries and towels, and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. This is the second time weve stayed at the Casual Inca, and weve always been treated very well.
This time, Armanda helped us avoid being scammed; someone impersonating the hotel sent us a message asking us to pay for our stay. We wrote to the hotel and she (who replied immediately) alerted us to what had happened; when we checked in, she welcomed us with her characteristic kindness.
