Small and silent hotel near Bolhao-Market with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was equipped with Rituals stuff (my wife likes it very much). Breakfast with all necessary warm and cold options. I highly recommend this hotel...

Just back from a 4 day break at Casual Raizes Porto. The location is excellent for exploring the city.
Our room was very clean & well maintained
Angelica & Facundo on reception were so friendly & welcoming. They offered us so much information & advice to get the best from our stay. Thank you!

Firstly the hotel staff are exceptional. They are the most helpful, kind and efficient I have experienced in years and years of travelling overseas.
Facundo on reception (during the evening) was so helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to speak to as was the lady (during the day) who's name I can't remember.
Our room, although small, was comfortable and very clean. The shower good, towels new, and extras welcome. Also ...

We had such a fantastic experience at Casual Raizes Porto. We especially appreciated all the times Angelica helped us and we felt so welcomed throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect being just 4mins walk from the metro station and the rooms were comfortable and cosy....

I was supposed to.meet up with a business associate for him to show me the best places to visit, understand the transportation, the sights, the food, and translate.
