Location was excellent, within 30min walk to most of the sights youd like to see.
Really comfortable hotel and great value for what we paid.
Staff were really friendly, and you immediately get a taste of Porto with the welcome drink and some history of how the Port was made.

From the minute you walk through the door the welcome is 5*
Reception: After an early morning trip we were greeted with a glass of port each before going through the check in process.
Check in was friendly and smooth.
Information regarding the hotel and facilities was very clear and not too much.
The reception provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Very positive experience overall. Good location, smooth and friendly checkin with tips on what to see in Porto. Fairly small but well organized room with comfy bed and good bathroom/toiletries. Breakfast OK, but very basic....

Fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. From the very warm welcome by lovely Angelica to the perfect location beside the metro, the Bolhão market, and walking distance to lots of attractions. It is the perfect base to explore Porto. Our room was spotless and large, the staff are all lovely and helpful. Highly recommended!...

This is an excellent value-for-money hotel situated on Porto's main shopping street. I simply cannot find any fault in any aspects, except maybe the sheets and bed pillows of polyester, I always prefer cotton....
