We spent six nights and found the place to be in an ideal location, clean, and the room had space and a chair and table, drawers, a refrigerator, amenities, coffee and tea. We had breakfast at the hotel 3 times which was also a great deal for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful 24/7 - if and when needed. They served us a glass of porto wine every evening when we returned. They graciously ordered our taxi to...

Perfect Porto hotel

We have stayed at Casual hotels in the past and this one was just as good as the rest. We arrived around 19.30 after a long day travelling and were greeted with such a happy smile. I believe her name was Abigail and she spoke perfect English as our Portuguese is very poor!
The check-in was easy and we were treated to a complimentary glass of port whilst Abigail offered to take our photo in the lovely lounge area.

Super welcome and a lovely touch to offer a complimentary glass of port on arrival. The room had lovely decorations. Nice reception area with comfy chairs. The staff were really friendly and helpful with local recommendations....

wow what a welcome - we walked into this bright tiled look reception and were immediately offered a port each! the staff were friendly and eager to help. Of note every single staff member i interacted with were friendly, and treated us as old friends! happy to offer restaurant suggestions or just ask how we were doing!

Good Value, Great Location.

Clean and comfy, good value.
Hotel in great location, an easy walk down to the river (not so easy on way back), but on one of the main Porto streets, so super central. Lots of bars restaurants and shops nearby.
room has everything you need (except maybe some decent Tea and milk). Lovely bathroom with walk in shower, super fluffy towels, and nice bathroom amenities.
Would stay again if in Porto...
