We had a truly wonderful week at Eurostars Aliados.
The spacious premium room, with three large windows overlooking Aliados Square, was absolutely magnificent. The room was very well equipped, including a Nespresso machine with daily refills, complimentary water, and two lovely welcome treats (Port wine and snacks).

Excellent stay would happily return. Perfect central location - metro right outside but we didn't even use it as everywhere is walkable. Close to lots of lovely restaurants.
Rooms are really well equipped - coffee machine which we used daily and the pods were topped up every day. Lovely touches such as a bottle of port and tasty little sweet snack, glass bottles of water.

I havent actually visited but base this on my poor customer service experience.
I booked this hotel for one night in July 2026. I booked through booking.com
I paid and it did state non refundable. The next day I realised I had booked the day after the date I needed. Booking.com advised to request a change of date which I did. The night before was available at a higher cost which of course I was happy to pay. T...
