This is a lovely modern hotel in a very good, central location within walking distance of all the major sites in Porto. Its rooms are spacious and very clean.

A really good option for accommodation. An excellent location. Our room was spacious and very well equipped. Shower very good. Having said that the standard of the servicing of the room not always great. The en suite very modern, albeit the layout/smoke glass doors way not suit everyone. The hotel as a whole very clean and well maintained. Breakfasts very good, with a lot of variety. Friendly at reception.

Yes the location of hotel is good . But not worth value for money for a few reasons
1. Bathrooms are horribly designed
2. The staff except Jessica at the reception are not at all cooperative and you will not find a single staff with smile on face to greet you.
3. Breakfast spread is ok ok . They do not have option of eggs to order . Again the staff is not courteous.

Good location in Porto centre, but has some negatives.

We stayed here with a Riviera tour.
The positives are that the location is pretty good, it is clean and the rooms are quite spacious. There are some good restaurants just around the corner.
The negatives: rooms facing the front are noisy due to traffic and late night /early morning revellers. We were offered an alternative room but as our stay was short we tolerqated the noise.

... badly managed due to the understaff for reception activities.
Only one receptionist to carry out all the checking-in, checking-out, information providing, with a permanent queue in front of the reception desk is totally unacceptable for this kind of hotel.
Never back again...
