We enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic for the proximity to Sao Bento, sites, and restaurants. Its also close to the funicular which is a nice way to avoid the uphill walks when you are tired. The room was bigger than I expected and the frosted doors on the shower and toilet are no big deal at all. Breakfast was adequate and a nice base for the day. Would stay again and recommend....

Soulless hotel.

Currently staying at this hotel in a junior suite, hotel is soulless reception staff have none existent, bar has not been open for the whole of our stay, would not recommended this hotel if your staying in Porto as its more like a apartment block than a hotel, dont waste your money....

A great base for a trip to Porto

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of April 25.
The hotel is centrally located and very convenient for travel around the area, only a few minutes walk from Sao Bento station. We got the metro from the airport to Trindade station and walked the 10 minutes to the hotel. There is a very handy tourist info office outside the metro station where you can pick up a map.

I would give this hotel a 5 star in a normal visit (great welcome, great corner room, fab bathroom). But then they had a catastrophe (broken water pipe on our floor ) and they proved they are a 10 star establishment. They took care of us seamlessly and made sure we felt compensated for our bother. They were kind, professional and efficient.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Porto within walking distance to everything. We recently stayed at the Euorstars Porto Centro hotel and from the moment I walked in I was so glad we chose the hotel. It was in a fantastic location. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
