Perfect base to explore.

Perfect base for exploring Porto. Our room was spotless and a great size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, mini fridge and tea/coffee facility. Lovely waterfall shower and fresh towels daily. Bar was a great place to relax after a day exploring. Staff are all kind and very helpful. It is out from the centre (good 20minute walk) but we enjoyed walking to and from the hotel and exploring...

Lovely modern hotel

Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious. There were three of us sharing and the space was perfect. One king size and a single. We were on the 6th floor and after reading some reviews I was concerned about noise but there was nothing.
The location here is not quite central but Ubers and taxis are always available even and cheap as chips. If you do like walking its probably a 30/45 min walk into the main area.

This is lovely hotel. Its in a vibrant and well populated area of the city.
The staff were always helpful and friendly.
The room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff kept it sparkling clean.
They are many restaurants and museums within easy walking distance. We could have brought far less luggage, because the small shopping centre next door had a self-service launderette in their baseme...

The hotel was too far from the Centre of Porto also disappointed that breakfast was not included in our package. On top of that we had to pay the hotel city taxes.
On a positive, the hotel was really clean and the staff were very helpful....

Had a fantastic stay in the Hotel Fénix Porto. The staff were very polite and friendly location is out of the Center a bit but the Ubers are very cheap and efficient. Breakfast in the hotel is very good and you have a lot of choice. But I have to make a special mention to all the staff who worked in the bar they all went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would have no hesitation in re...
