I wish we had looked into the hotel more before choosing to stay here. First of all, the location is quite a walk from the main area of Porto and as it was high 20s in August we found ourselves using Uber to travel around a lot more than we would have liked due to the hotel's location. However there is a fantastic food market located just down the street.

Lovely welcoming hotel. Lovely smell as soon as you walk through the door. Staff very polite & helpful. Rooms spotless and cleaned daily. We had a triple room with 3 single beds, very spacious, beds very comfortable. Good size bathroom with large walk in shower. Large Breakfast room with plenty to choose from & good quality, something for everyone.

Breakfast buffet 7/10 they do free champagne but food is mid, bartender in the bar was delightful, views from rooms were cool, bed and shower top tier, roughly 3-5 euros to get into the city in a Uber or bolt and it takes 10-15 mins good location for a short or long stay. Would come back...

Had a lovely stay at the HF Fenix Porto, we had a triple room, beds are comfortable slept well for both nights, rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom is a walk in shower which is huge they have shower cream which is great if you forget to bring, and mini toiletries.
Staff are so attentive and helpful we had a problem with our shower hose and was fixed straight away.

The hotel room was quite nice and the beds were conformable. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. We got a package which included breakfast and there was a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near a small shopping mall with a few supermarkets on the lower level and we got snacks and water from there.
