Wonderful Hotel, I want to Visit Again

This is lovely hotel. Its in a vibrant and well populated area of the city.
The staff were always helpful and friendly.
The room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff kept it sparkling clean.
They are many restaurants and museums within easy walking distance. We could have brought far less luggage, because the small shopping centre next door had a self-service launderette in their baseme...

The hotel was too far from the Centre of Porto also disappointed that breakfast was not included in our package. On top of that we had to pay the hotel city taxes.
On a positive, the hotel was really clean and the staff were very helpful....

Had a fantastic stay in the Hotel Fénix Porto. The staff were very polite and friendly location is out of the Center a bit but the Ubers are very cheap and efficient. Breakfast in the hotel is very good and you have a lot of choice. But I have to make a special mention to all the staff who worked in the bar they all went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would have no hesitation in re...

The hotel was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy... the location was excellent...the food market next door was amazing and the taxis (rank opposite) were very inexpensive...the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful... you can book the hop on hop off bus at reception..it stops round the corner too....

Great hotel

Great hotel with excellent service from everyone we encountered here. One thing that Love Holidays have got very wrong though is the distance from the city centre, it's about two kilometres, NOT 400 metres! We are next to another HF hotel that Love Holidays say is 1.8 kilometres from the city centre. Ok for us but those who can't walk far it could be a real problem....
