A good location, with good bus service nearby and taxis a plenty, a lot of building work going on around but did not impact our stay,
We arrived prior to 3pm check in time, we were able to leave our luggage and told to return at 3pm by a brusque unwelcoming man, at this point I felt it might have been useful if they had commenced the paperwork at this point so on return at 3pm they could have just given us key and r...

Unfriendly staff at reception mostly, it doesn't hurt to smile. Staff at the roof top pool are however kind and welcoming. Breakfast nowhere near 5 star, feels like everything was so cheap. No soundproofing in rooms and the hotel is located in a pretty dodgy area with plenty of drug addicts walking outside the hotel. AVOID!...

Our vacation was unfortunately ruined, and I would not recommend expecting a true 5-star hotel experience. The staff and manager were very kind and welcoming, but the hotel itself does not meet 5-star standards.
The rooms were extremely noisy you could hear everything, from neighbors snoring to people talking or using the elevator, which made it impossible to sleep properly or even have privacy in the room. The sw...

Borderline whether this is a 5* hotel, however, it really was a fantastic 5 nights. I arrived very late at night, despite this the reception staff were incredibly helpful and explained all the details in depth.
Breakfast was excellent. A wide range of choice, whilst im not one for the cold meats and cheeses at 8am, plenty of people were tucking in. There was also a good range of hot options, which were actually hot...
