Great hotel, great location!

Excellent from beginning to end. The staff are all brilliant. Would have preferred an enclosed bathroom but overall fantastic experience. This hotel is in a great location. We arrived in the evening and as the hotel is located above the food market/hall, we could still get something to eat - great variety of food and excellent Tommy's margaritas The walk from the hotel to town is about 40ish minutes but you don't...

Terrible

Horrible. The thermostat stayed at 28 all four days. Kept the window open for air since it wasnt working, and we were up all night with construction noise even at night. We talked to the front desk each day, but nothing changed. No action. The bed was like sleeping on a rock too. We wont be back. I rarely complain, but this was terrible....

Small room but would stay again!

Room was quite compact but clean and comfortable. Slightly outside of the tourist area so as long as you are happy to walk that would be fine. The food court area next to the hotel was superb!...

Nice - with few options nearby

Hotel was nice however not enough food/restaurant options nearby except for the food court where we got two separate meals that were extremely disappointing. The room was very small, the staff very nice, friendly and professional. The bar usually empty and looked like small selection. I have mobility issues and there was no option except stairs to get to the lobby....

Great hotel very clean with great amineties the food and drink market is a bonus and only a short walk to the metro station...
