We stayed here for my Daughters 21st it was in the perfect location right by the river and restaurants. Staff were helpful and they even gave my daughter a complimentary bottle of bubbles and some cake.
Rooms were good very clean, good air conditioning, shower pressure was poor....

Location, cleanliness, beds, soundproofing, housekeeping.
Not so good:
Breakfast, not enough storage room for clothes, most tv channels were not available.
I loved this hotel and will stay there again. If they can improve the small stuff its a perfect place to stay in Porto....

I stayed in one of their Classic rooms, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of quality options.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff but not sure how this is the second best hotel on Tripadvisor in Porto?
Dont get me wrong as Ive already said it is a good hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful and the shower in our room was one of the best Ive experienced in a hotel no matter what the star rating!

Great location; courteous staff, for the most part, the breakfast was wide-ranging, but I would not stay here again. Our room was cave like, no sunlight, dark mirrors, tv didnt work, closet so poorly designed hangers wouldnt fit, and for a four star hotel to use a roll of toilet paper in place of kleenix seems odd to me. Sons room was too small to fully open a large suitcase. Asked for a to go cup to take coffee ...
