Fantastic location and lovely hotel. Only disappointment was we had a problem with tv which we were told would be fixed but it still wasnt on check out which was fine but no apologies for this and didnt seem to care. Also I emailed the hotel before hand to ask for some advice and recommendations on special things to do as it was a special birthday surprise trip but they did not respond not even an acknowledgment. ...

Excellent location, lovely staff. Breakfast was great. Was disappointed by the size of the room and very small window - was not accurately represented on the site I booked and I didn't feel the value was worth the money spent. ...

We stayed at the ICON Duplo Ribeira for three nights and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made our stay feel special.A lovely personal touch was finding a complimentary bottle of wine in our room to help celebrate my wifes birthday - a thoughtful gesture that was very much app...

The hotel is conveniently located and closed to many restaurants and shops. The room is comfortable and clean with very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Porto....

The hotel was in a perfect position. Probably not suitable if you have mobility issues as lots of steps but then Porto probably isnt the best place to visit in that case. Very clean, helpful staff.would definitely recommend....
