We recently spent four nights at ICON Duplo Ribeira with our one-year-old on our first holiday as a family of three, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the riverfront and perfectly placed for exploring Porto. Although it is situated on a fairly busy road, our room was incredibly quiet and spotless. The team had also prepared a beautiful bab...

Great location, even in a busy area the room was quiet and we were not disturbed by noise. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Very clean hotel, lovely breakfast area and vast selection of items ....

Fantastic location and lovely hotel. Only disappointment was we had a problem with tv which we were told would be fixed but it still wasnt on check out which was fine but no apologies for this and didnt seem to care. Also I emailed the hotel before hand to ask for some advice and recommendations on special things to do as it was a special birthday surprise trip but they did not respond not even an acknowledgment. ...

Excellent location, lovely staff. Breakfast was great. Was disappointed by the size of the room and very small window - was not accurately represented on the site I booked and I didn't feel the value was worth the money spent. ...
