Comfortable hotel with friendly staff

We visited in April 26 and were impressed with the level of service and friendly knowledgable staff. The rooms were modern and spacious and the hotel was a 10 minute walk from the main shopping street and within walking distance of central Porto attractions . The only downside was that the rooftop pool does not open until May ....

Amazing hotel! Location is amazing, within 5 minutes your in the city centre but around the hotel you have no city noise. The garden is the perfect place to have a nice quiet drink after your day in the city. Rooms are very beautifull and have everything that you need. The best part? The staff, all of them are very kind and happy to assist you with anything! I highly recommend this hotel!...

The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site is a bonus. The food is fresh, the breakfast is very well presented. Our dinner server Beatriz was both attentive and friendly, and she made sure our meal was good. Thank you Beatriz....

We have just returned and had the best time. The hotel is spotless and our housemaid did a fabulous job each day. We stayed bed and breakfast and they even arranged for a takeout breakfast for our day as we had to leave early. Could not fault the hotel at all. So close to everything...

Exceptional stay in Porto

Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk and in dining /bar. I needed ice for an injury and it came promptly and courteously. Genova at front desk was so helpful and we found the staff at breakfast- Erik, Denys, Beatriz and Carrilla always attentive. Hotel is very clean and the bathroom shower is superb. Hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and Sao Bento station. Easy to get around....
