I stopped for a glass of champagne in the sunshine and this is the perfect spot! I was served by Barbara Fonseca and she is such a super friendly, super warm, super attentive member of the F&B team. If you are visiting Porto, I would highly recommend this hotel, it is excellent, its location is ideal for exploring the city or for travelling further afield. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are so well equipped, the beds are without doubt the most comfortable hotel Ive ever slept in! Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and professional staff. Central location between Bolhao and Sao Bento stations meaning most attractions are easily walkable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Our room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a small gym and you can get free coffee throughout the day. Highly recommended!...

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights from
8 March.
It is very well located with lots of attractions, restaurants and shops nearby.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful;
special mention to Henrique and Tiago who went the extra mile.
Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.
We loved the restaurant and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast. Also, the coffee shop/ bar ...

Superb hotel in very convenient location. Fantastic staff who were friendly and informative. Lovely rooms and great facilities. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and fresh. Everything about this hotel was excellent....
