Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly. We had parked in the nearby parking f garage and had no idea how we were going to get our luggage to the car. Magically the porter/bellman/staff member I wish I could name said he could help. He walked us to the car and helped us bring the luggage. Throughout our stay he was a delight and source of information. He is the reason for the rating otherwise it would have be...

Great location by the main Sao Bento train station and only 10mins from metro E that connects to the airport. Comfortable rooms Friendly helpful staff and really good breakfast. Just ask staff to check the AC is on the right mode. Coffee machine available all day...

We stayed here for three nights in June and very much enjoyed the hotel. It is excellent location for all the sites of Porto and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Air-conditioning kept the room comfortable during the heat. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice selection of food. Fresh coffee was available 24 hours which we enjoyed....

The dinner was amazing! The host/waitress, Mapdda, was extremely nice, helpful, and gave us incredible recommendations. Chef Eligangela served an amazing octopus and goat dish that was to die for. The mariscos soup was also delicious and wish we had more! Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. We will definitely return!...

Pestana Porto - A Brasileira
The hotel was very comfortable without any noise disturbances at night. Plenty of choice for breakfast, food was very tasty. The reception staff were very helpful. Particularly, Mara and Alex at the front desk. Location was ideal for exploring the city. We genuinely recommend this hotel....
