This hotel is ideally located at the heart of the city. All the staff including Rita, Luis were attentive and very helpful. The whole team could not do enough for you.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
The room on the top floor was clean, airy and bright and good value for the money.
There is a little road noise but nothing to distracting. We did not use all of the amenities in the hotel but the restaurant and ...

Excellent hotel to base yourself for exploring Porto. All the staff from initial check in at the reception desk through to the support staff at breakfast have been friendly and informative and no question is too much bother.

We stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The room was amazing and the staff could not do enough for us. It was my birthday whilst we were here and the breakfast staff sang happy birthday and gave me a cake and numerous times in the room we would come back to cake in the room and port wine.
