A beautiful hotel, one of the nicest Ive stayed in and my favourite of three hotels we stayed at during our tour in Portugal. We stayed for three nights and had absolutely the best time here. Room was a great size and was beautifully thought out, plenty of space for everything, good aircon.

Staff friendly. Clean, great location, but depressing design. When you walk in the entrance it is a dungeon atmosphere. Go to your room, ours was on the 2nd floor, room is awkwardly laid out and the bed too small for 2 people.
Black carpeting, metallic grating on the walls just felt gloomy and depressing. Get an interior designer to brighten the place up.

My Son and I booked through Jet 2 holidays.
The room was Double or Twin on the booking, Jet 2 booked a double with the hotel, which didn't go down well with my Son. The hotel kindly changed rooms for us, making up a twin room while we waited a short time. The staff were very helpful.

Three bridges is a nice hotel very well situated in the heart of Porto about a 5 minute walk to the ponte luis bridge, and there are restaurants and bars close by also its 5 minutes to the market so really good location.
Lovely staff who very helpful and friendly and the bar area is nice we had a few nightcaps
