This hotel is a disaster!

Avoid this hotel. It is filthy, disorganised, and run by unprofessional staff. The bathrooms and sheets were dirty. The breakfast was revoltingcheap, processed food with no flavour, and the coffee was undrinkable.
We booked two months in advance. When we arrived at 11 am, they said the room would be ready at 2 pm. We returned at 2:30 pm to find it had not been cleaned at all. When we complained, the staff shrugged a...

Zero Flexibility on Non-Refundable Booking - Even Minutes After Booking

I inadvertently booked a stay at Porto Royal Bridges Hotel for March 1114, 2026 when I intended to book September 1114, 2026. I realized the mistake immediately after completing the reservation and I contacted the hotel aggregator, Agoda, within five minutes. Agoda attempted to call the hotel but could not reach anyone and later sent an email requesting approval to cancel or correct the reservation.

Modern hotel in the heart of the historic district with a relaxing aura
Super clean accomodation. Double rooms aren't big so if you've got a lot of clothes, storage is sparse.
Staff are excellent, and as are the breakfasts.
Glad we stayed here....

Great hotel. Modern, clean. Very close to Sao Bento railway station and metro. Close to main shopping area although Porto very hilly to climb uphill to reach this area. Staff very friendly and helpful....

A beautiful hotel, one of the nicest Ive stayed in and my favourite of three hotels we stayed at during our tour in Portugal. We stayed for three nights and had absolutely the best time here. Room was a great size and was beautifully thought out, plenty of space for everything, good aircon.
