It was a pleasure to stay at the PortoBay Teatro Hotel, Portugal. Ideally situated in the center of Porto it is convenient for all sightseeing. All the staff at the hotel were 100% attentive and friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay a top experience. My wife is Coeliac and once we informed the restaurant staff of this they went out of their way to accommodate her, which they did 100%. A special mention to ...

The welcome was superb from carrying our bags in, to check in and then being shown to our rooms. Nothing was any trouble for members of staff. The breakfasts were one of the best we have ever had in any hotel worldwide. We really felt like we were looked after and watched out for....

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. My only disappointment was that the staff couldn't be bothered to retrieve some clothing that I left in a drawer in my room when I checked out. They said it wasn't there, but I don't think they even looked. I can't imagine why anyone would want my socks and underwear so I don't think anyone stole it....
