Fabulous hotel!

We stayed at this hotel during a family trip to Porto. None of us could fault the hotel. The location was perfect and very centrally located, the rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff very very friendly and helpful. We also thought the hotel was very reasonable given the location. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting to Porto and really enjoyed our stay here....

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Porto. Staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms are well decorated and spacious and kept clean. Only had breakfast at the hotel but the food was all fresh cooked well and great varied selection. Will definitely be staying here again....

Brilliant service as always already looking for next Porto bay hotel. Umbrellas to borrow for Porto weather, great location in centre. Food was very high quality and good value with the offer...

The staff were welcoming and helpful and recommended two really good Portuguese restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the linen and towels changed daily. There is a safe, fridge and complimentary water which was welcomed. The bed is large and the shower was great. My only criticism is that the door to the toilet is glass so you can hear everything. The bed base was torn and the room probably needs a little updat...
