Beautiful hotel but as an animal lover my stay was over shadowed by two beautiful dogs in an outside area at back of hotel where our room was - at 21:00 barking and out from early
Morning. Why have dogs if they don't spend time with family???
Maybe in the UK we are not used to this...but made my stay sad. Hotel lovely and friendly though....

Excellent hotel, rooms are huge and nice and clean. We had the best nights sleep. We didnt have breakfast but the coffee shop next store called Arcádia is amazing, great value for money and food is delicious. Hotel is in the Boa Vista area but it is easy and cheap to get into the centre by tube at Casa de Musica. There is also a Lidl just up the road. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you!...

Nice modern hotel. Large rooms with modern decor. Good housekeeping-spotless! Large bathroom with walk in rainfall shower, bidet and hairdryer. Shower gel and hand soap provided. Large bath towels.
Breakfast was good and served from 7-10:30 although we ate early as it got busy. Great selection of coffee, juices, cereals, toast, continental breads cheeses and croissants. There was scrambled egg, mini sausage and bak...

We arrived late at night and the lady on reception made us feel so welcome, she chatted to us and told us about the area and how to get to the city and the main attractions and gave us a map. We took our luggage to our room which was absolutely beautiful and a good size with a t.v. which we did not use, kettle, tea and coffee, if you want milk just aske at reception, and spotlessly clean.
