Went for a massage and body scrub( 30 minutesIsabella did a fantastic job however these services are over priced. It cost me 350$ Canadian for the above mentioned Canadians think twice $$$
We also ordered a soya tofu bowl and unfortunately there was absolutely no taste of soya in the tofu or salad .. very disappointed

Great hotel! Its a little bit further away from the waterfront, but its very easy and affordable to get around an Uber was only about 7 each time. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Friendly staff and a nice, relaxed atmosphere.
Would happily stay here again!...

We booked at this hotel for two night in September the room that we got was clean but the problem was the roon was cold and humid 19.0C humidity in the low 70% measured with a hydro/thermometer.
The next day they gave an other room.
The same thing except the humidity was at 63%. The morning on the day that we were leaving for the douro Valley. The unit in celling that cool and heat the room was dripping water. I advi...

It looks nice till you see the second layer of this hotel. The upgrade for a platinum member is a standard room on a higher floor, next to the elevator. The free wine in the lounge comes from 3 euro bottles. Thats how you are rewarded for staying more than 100 night per years in their hotels. Facilities which they advertise before booking are closed for long maintenance without any prior communication. Staff smile...
