Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Easy to get to by taxi, a good distance from main areas for a long sightseeing walk. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of all the breakfast items you would expect. Rooms are spacious with lots of features, comfy beds, nice toiletries, safety deposit box. Shower tray tends to be a bit slippy.

Sheraton Porto is just 20 minutes to Porto airport. Pleasant all day dining restaurant. Big conference facilities on the Mezzanine floor....

Terrible hotel - no a/c and tired rooms

Very poor experience and far below what you would expect from a Sheraton.
The most frustrating issue was the air conditioning, which simply didnt work in our room. This made the stay uncomfortable from the outset. We reported it, but no meaningful action was taken and we were never offered an alternative room. That level of service is unacceptable.

After having my flight cancelled I had to make other travel plans and flying to Porto was then on the cards. The Sheraton hotel was the best option from the Marriott stable. I arrived early afternoon and the hotel was kind to give me an immediate room. The room is spacious and grand. Enjoyed the stay and it was easy and quick to travel to the hotel via the metro or Uber....

Think twice

Went for a massage and body scrub( 30 minutesIsabella did a fantastic job however these services are over priced. It cost me 350$ Canadian for the above mentioned Canadians think twice $$$
We also ordered a soya tofu bowl and unfortunately there was absolutely no taste of soya in the tofu or salad .. very disappointed
Will not return....
