Sleek hotel, great stay.

After having my flight cancelled I had to make other travel plans and flying to Porto was then on the cards. The Sheraton hotel was the best option from the Marriott stable. I arrived early afternoon and the hotel was kind to give me an immediate room. The room is spacious and grand. Enjoyed the stay and it was easy and quick to travel to the hotel via the metro or Uber....

Think twice

Went for a massage and body scrub( 30 minutesIsabella did a fantastic job however these services are over priced. It cost me 350$ Canadian for the above mentioned Canadians think twice $$$
We also ordered a soya tofu bowl and unfortunately there was absolutely no taste of soya in the tofu or salad .. very disappointed

Great hotel! Its a little bit further away from the waterfront, but its very easy and affordable to get around an Uber was only about 7 each time. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Friendly staff and a nice, relaxed atmosphere.
Would happily stay here again!...

We booked at this hotel for two night in September the room that we got was clean but the problem was the roon was cold and humid 19.0C humidity in the low 70% measured with a hydro/thermometer.
The next day they gave an other room.
The same thing except the humidity was at 63%. The morning on the day that we were leaving for the douro Valley. The unit in celling that cool and heat the room was dripping water. I advi...
