excellent hotel, clean and smells nice, quite. the only problem is the food quality is not the best. The food we ordered was not as delicious as the restaurants of porto. breakfast was too crowded but the selections were ok....

A nice room but not prepared properly for guests!
Disappointed to discover a set of bathroom scales that didnt work.
A bath towel with a large hole in the middle.
Window blinds that didnt work.
Reception staff and meet and greet staff at the door very welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast menu seemed to be all or nothing. 28 euros if you only wanted juice, fruit and yoghurt was a little too much to pay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our visit to Portugal.
The hotel is very nice with a huge lobby
A great breakfast place and a big variety of products for breakfast!
The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms too.
The room service great , excellent
In fact we were sick for 2 days( unfortunately)
and the room service staff was very polite ,willing to help us , realy appreciate that!

This a sleek and modern hotel - marble everywhere and light-filled, it also boasts interesting art installations. The lobby is spacious, and comfortable - a nice place for pre-dinner drinks. We loved the location as it was easy to uber into the old town but it was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. The room was a good size and the bathroom was too. My personal experience overall has been and still is very good. Staff and management extremely welcoming. And I cherish the attentiveness of the head of customer services, Glauber de Freitas. He is always a pleasure.
The rooms are nice and comfortable.
The breakfast is diverse, there is something for everyone.
