Sheraton Porto is just 20 minutes to Porto airport. Pleasant all day dining restaurant. Big conference facilities on the Mezzanine floor....

Terrible hotel - no a/c and tired rooms

Very poor experience and far below what you would expect from a Sheraton.
The most frustrating issue was the air conditioning, which simply didnt work in our room. This made the stay uncomfortable from the outset. We reported it, but no meaningful action was taken and we were never offered an alternative room. That level of service is unacceptable.
On top of that, the room itself was clearly in need of refurbishme...

Sleek hotel, great stay.

After having my flight cancelled I had to make other travel plans and flying to Porto was then on the cards. The Sheraton hotel was the best option from the Marriott stable. I arrived early afternoon and the hotel was kind to give me an immediate room. The room is spacious and grand. Enjoyed the stay and it was easy and quick to travel to the hotel via the metro or Uber....

Think twice

Went for a massage and body scrub( 30 minutesIsabella did a fantastic job however these services are over priced. It cost me 350$ Canadian for the above mentioned Canadians think twice $$$
We also ordered a soya tofu bowl and unfortunately there was absolutely no taste of soya in the tofu or salad .. very disappointed

Great hotel! Its a little bit further away from the waterfront, but its very easy and affordable to get around an Uber was only about 7 each time. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Friendly staff and a nice, relaxed atmosphere.
Would happily stay here again!...
