Excellent room and aesthetics. Very helpful staff. Quiet but located well in Porto. Good value for the experience in tourist off-season....

I wish I could give zero stars to this hotel. Last minute cancellation and offer to move us from their 5* to a 4* hotel with no compensation or discounts whatsoever. Customer service again zero skills. I have never been treated like this and have been travelling forever. Disappointed and disgusted. If you want a smooth trip DO NOT book this hotel...

All the staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! Especially the members of the front deskthank you for giving me such a wonderful experience. I chose to stay there to celebrate my birthday, and they even prepared a brownie for me to celebrate! That was really thoughtful.
I feel so grateful Ill definitely visit Porto again next time.
Btw, the mattress was so comfortable! I had a nice sleep....

The hotel breathed the opulence of a bygone eraits generous proportions, elegant décor, and refined atmosphere all contributed to the feeling. The room was comfortably sized, and the bed felt divine. Two windows offered a pleasant view of Porto, glowing in the days final rays of sunlight.
