It's an nice hotel. Great location to the river & not far from sao bento metro & restaurants & shops.
But a few issues. The smell (air freshener) in the lobby/lift area & bedroom corridor is very strong. Sickly even. I read reviews about this & taught it wouldn't bother me but it did!

Great place to stay

Great stay in a friendly hotel. Location was perfect for getting around. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were a generous size. Room was cool but they provided us with a heater. Breakfast included a good selection of delicious eats.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Editory House!!!! The location is perfect, the service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay in Porto. We will absolutely stay here again next time were in Porto!!!...

Great stay in Porto

Location walking distance to all the key sights of Porto. Upon arrival each guest is welcomed with a glass of port and pastel de nata, which we thought was a nice touch. Lots of dining options near the hotel for all budgets. My room was not street facing so it was quiet, clean and comfy.
We cant wait to for our next visit.

We loved the central location, perfect for the riverside cafe life. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very comfortable and friendly. A bit of noise but that's to be expected in a busy city centre area....
