Lovely hotel, with fantastic, helpful staff, and situated very conveniently for getting around central Porto.
We stayed in a 'studio' room which is in a building opposite the main hotel. My only complaint was the room felt very dark, not only as much of the decor was painted black but because it's an inside room. Not much the hotel could do about the lcoation, but perhaps lighter decor would help, although this is ...

Wonderful welcome, complete comfort

A warm welcome late in the evening with a small glass of port. Accompanied to our room with luggage close behind. The whole experience was all about comfort. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were all there for us. Our room was well appointed with a very comfortable large bed and a great shower in the en suite.
Lovely lounge/coffee bar where alcoholic drinks were brought up for us from the bar/restaurant below...
