Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. Francisca and Adriana were so kind and accommodating. After coming out of a long flight it was refreshing for their help and service. Rooms are cozy and the hotel is stunning. 10 out of 10....

We loved everything about this beautiful boutique property. It has it all - gorgeous design, wonderful staff, great location and a Michelin starred restaurant. This is my 3rd trip to Porto but my first stay here. On trip number 4 this is where I will be. Loved it!...

Perfection in Porto at Torel Palace Porto!

We spent four wonderful nights at the Torel Palace Porto in April 2025. We just knew it was going to be an amazing stay when we received the warmest of welcomes from Rui. It felt like he was just waiting for our arrival!
