Great ambience and service. Blind is a must while staying there. Centrally located to attractions. Some ride amenities.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is within walking distance (15-20 minutes) to most of the major attractions in Porto. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms are big with an unusual setup of the bathroom sitting in the middle of the rooms (which makes for a sometimes awkward sharing of the facilities). Very well appointed hotel with a literary theme carried out throughout the entire property. The staff was top-notch, super attentive, supremely, helpful and friendly. Florbela, the small café, served excellent food in a cozy atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and uniquely designed with plenty of pillows and amenities. Breakfast was superb. ウェルカムドリンクでポートワイン
を飲ませていただき、特別な日に飲むデザートワインと知りました。
直前のワイナリーの予約、リロ書店、リスボンまでのアルファペンデュラの予約もしてくださり
安心して過ごすことができました。
素晴らしい朝食が付いていて、
毎朝新鮮なブッフェと暖かな食事がでます。エッグベネディクトが
とても美味しかったです。
スタッフは明るく朗らかで気持ちよく過ごせました。

Cant speak highly enough of the staff. They are incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. Our room was charming, very comfortable, and clean. And the Michelin star restaurant was phenomenal....

Beautiful hotel with best in class service. Breakfast was served in Blind restaurant downstairs which was simply a beautiful setting. The food matched the setting and was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again....
