Stayed in the hotel for three nights with my husband and our three year old. All the staff were helpful and friendly on reception.
Our room was on 13th floor and kept clean every day. We had a mini bar in the room, safe and hair dryer. Decor a bit dated but we didn't mind that. A few English channels on the TV.
The best part for us was the swimming pool on 19th floor, our son loved it and fantastic views of the city....

Ines, our server and her Chef's, created a lovely repast for us. After a day of 'hard work', touring and enjoying the Portuguese countryside, we wanted to stay close to our hotel rather than walk or Uber to a restaurant. Our initial thought was, 'a hotel restaurant, how good could it be'? Excellent, as it turned out. Lovely staff, a delicious and varied menu with large portions, reasonable prices...what more coul...

Clean but full of bus tours that make you feel like a number.
Big and impersonal.
Check in is terrible. Be prepared to wait a very long time!!!...

Stayed for 2 nights in Sept. The hotel is clean but dated and in need of an upgrade. The location is a little walk outside the center of Porto but walkable...
