Had a great time and the server was super sweet and caring, her name was Waine. She really made the out dinner special and worth the time. 10/10 for serve and Thank you Waine for making it special....

A true disappointment! Possibly the worse hotel weve ever stayed in. Location is not ideal either.

As a family of 4, we booked a suite to accommodate our familys needs. This is potentially the best suite they have available, however we were incredibly disappointed from the moment we arrived. We came to spend new years in Porto, but the hotel made the experience less than desirable. Terrible and dirty

Terrible hotel with stains all over the carpet area. Hollywood posters all over the hotel in almost all floors and specifically in the ground floor with God father posters which gives the impression that hotel is managed by gangsters family.
Its not clear all at which we stayed in 12 floor and no proper ventilation
Breakfast is again terrible. Recommended to stay away and look for other better options...

Stayed in the hotel for three nights with my husband and our three year old. All the staff were helpful and friendly on reception.
Our room was on 13th floor and kept clean every day. We had a mini bar in the room, safe and hair dryer. Decor a bit dated but we didn't mind that. A few English channels on the TV.
The best part for us was the swimming pool on 19th floor, our son loved it and fantastic views of the city....
