I stayed here with my wife for 3 nights in March of 2026. The location does not get better than this; it is right in the heart of the city. The staff is very kind and helpful. They welcomed us with their signature cocktail, gave us a detailed tour of the property, escorted us to our room, and upgraded us at no extra charge. Love, love, LOVED my stay! Best customer service I've experienced in a very long time, it was wonderful, the staff are absolutely faultless - kind, attentive, professional, simply great. We had an unplanned stay at Wine and Books in Porto and it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality is 5 star. Professional, friendly, kind and attentive yet not intrusive.
We enjoyed dinner one evening. Meal was good-we were the only ones in the restaurant which was a missed opportunity for others to not experience a beautiful setting, good food and great service.

This is an amazingly clean stylish and friendly hotel and definitely worth the five stars given. From the welcome glass of port on check-in to the departure. Everything was perfect. The room was very clean modern and stylish with exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows and a great double walk in shower complementary drinks and a snack was waiting for me in my room which was a nice touch.
