We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Wine and Books Porto. The staff was amazing -- all were so friendly and helpful! The greeted us with a local Port Wine. Rooftop bar was a highlight - great drinks! We did not realize they had a full menu but would have stayed for dinner if we had not already made other plans-menu looked great and the bartender was awesome! This unassuming modern looking building is hiding an amazing hotel. It is luxury from start to finish. All the staff are extremely professional, polite and helpful. Any small thing you need and they attend to it straight away . The location makes it so accessible for exploring Porto. It has an amazing rooftop bar with fabulous drinks and cocktails . I stayed here with my wife for 3 nights in March of 2026. The location does not get better than this; it is right in the heart of the city. The staff is very kind and helpful. They welcomed us with their signature cocktail, gave us a detailed tour of the property, escorted us to our room, and upgraded us at no extra charge. Love, love, LOVED my stay! Best customer service I've experienced in a very long time, it was wonderful, the staff are absolutely faultless - kind, attentive, professional, simply great.
