Very bad hotel i was waiting for my room 5 hours then i get room with no see view and i pay it....No polite people who work there.......

Beautiful stay

We have just checked out of this hotel and currently awaiting pick up. The hotel is beautiful. The reception staff were all very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless.
I would highly recommend upgrading to a room with a balcony, we went with a partial sea view and it was amazing, the views were stunning looking out at the sea. They also got the sun into the evening when it started to set.

Perfect stay in a perfect hotel

My second stay at this hotel, this year. I love it here, perfect location and great staff and facilities. Great check in with the extra personal touch of "welcoming me back". We had a corner room on the 4th floor, spacious, immaculate and very quiet. Perfect.

Usually, we have a great stay.
We were there for 3 nights after a recent cruise. We were given room 532.
I put the kettle on, and the electrics blew. A maintenance guy was sent,who told me I'd put too much water in the kettle. He switched on the electrics, proceeded to show me my "error," and the electrics blew again. The kettle unit was faulty. Nothing to do with the amount of water!!
The bathroom had a dirty drain...

Lovely hotel, very comfy! Rooms are nice, clean and spacious! Its worth investing in a sea view if you can as you get a clear view of the sea. There is a nice restaurant and outdoor dining/drinks area too. First time staying at this hotel and will be coming back....
