I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday with my partner March 2025. Check in was easy enough and staff explained everything to us. We got to our room which was on a higher floor which was nice and we had a side sea room however as the hotel is right on the front we had a really good view of the beach/sea. I stayed here over the Christmas and NY holidays with my son. What an amazing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly as well as helpful. One lady remembered our names and room #. She was on top of anything we asked. The rooms are clean. The cleaning staff were swift. They'd come right when I'd step out. The location was perfect. Overall I can't rave enough about this place....

Booked a Christmas break at this hotel for a week . All sounded lovely on the reviews. But when we arrived the hotel was getting a full renovation of the public areas. Sound of Jack hammers all day long. And an overwhelming smell of sewage YES sewage in the public areas,restaurant, bar and bedrooms. We were never made aware of the extensive renovation works as we would have booked another hotel. The lack luster app...

When I first booked this hotel I contacted the hotel directly as this was our first holiday together without the kids, and we never got to have a honey moon so I wanted to make it special. The hotel staff could not have done more, the room and the romantic package were amazing, they truly went above and beyond I cant thank them enough.

Very bad hotel i was waiting for my room 5 hours then i get room with no see view and i pay it....No polite people who work there.......
