Do not go to this hotel with your children! The pool area is not safe. We went to this hotel with our five year old son in July 2022 and were playing together in the pool area wich resulted in our son falling 5 meters through a floor/ceiling window which broke from underneath him. What was supposed to be a lovely vacation became a nightmare and we had to go with an ambulance to the hospital and cut our stay short. Th...

No iron, no AC, no willingness to help!

Hotel didnt have a single iron to lend to guests. They say its because they have laundry service. Its the same as not having hair dryer because you have a beauty salon in the lobby. Very unpleasant!! Not acceptable for a 4* hotel. And front desk people were 0 helpful with my need.
Room was too hot and the AC was turned off. After complaining they provided me a fan. Breakfast is OK, nothing that makes us super exc...

Very disappointing experience ! The Wi-Fi is nonexistent, inspite virtually existent , with the internet being either extremely slow or not working at all. If you plan toi work there -forget it ! The furniture and electrical fixtures are outdated and havent been renovated in years. USB connections? Never heard never seen ! Nowhere to be found. The bathroom is poorly equipped with just a few towels and no body lotio...

Overall we had a nice stay here. We had two rooms here which the hotel allocated close together for us. The hotels art is great and staff were knowledgeable about the collections.
The size of the rooms were good but felt a little outdated. The bathroom was very dark.
The pool area was lovely but again outdated with some tiles needing fixing.

It's ok but definitely not a 4 star or worth the price.
Everything is broken we had two rooms and the showers and toilets were broken. The balcony doors were broken never locked or closed.
Even after informing them 4 times they never fixed the doors.
The swimming pools are very small and the pool bar is literally a little desk.
