I stay at this hotel every year, and it always feels like coming home. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I need. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the rooms are comfortable nicely . Highly recommended!...

Slightly disappointing stay but still fresh food and comfortable stay.

Although I ultimately look back at my stay as being mainly positive, I must admit there were a few issues that affected my stay so would advise to take these into account before booking.
Positives were that most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and happy to speak English when they could which was appreciated. The view from my room was nice, and the food was fresh and regularly replenished, special ...

Spent 5 nights here when visiting Sitges. Warm welcome on arrival. Room a little tired, skirtings scuffed and could do with a deeper clean, some paint pealing in bathroom but was light and spacious with our own little courtyard. Just a great place to relax in a lovely part of sitges. Best pool and pool area in the town. Bright, clean rooms, good food and drink selection. Good, helpful staff....

Breakfast was good but they could use a 3rd coffee machine. 1 broke down and we had 1 machine for 50 people. 10 minute line up. Stsff not overly thrilled to be working there so not very friendly. Builings connevted by weird maze with basement corridors and directions not very clear. Took us 10 minutes to fond our room.
