Misleading hotel details that aren't correct when you arrive and no customer service

The breakfast was a disaster, both days over the weekend! We queued to get in for 10 minutes and then we're disappointed at the lack of food.
There is no where enough staff and food to cope with the hotel being full as it was this weekend, everything was running out before we even got to a table.
We ask for various items to be replace and were told they were finished!!! There was another whole hour to go before brea...

Walls in rooms so thin that you can hear other people going to the toilet, snoring etc. Only good thing about this hotel is breakfast...

This hotel is right in the heart of Sitges and is absolutely wonderful. We got the Tower Superior room that has a private terrace.
The staff is amazingly friendly, speaks great English, and went out of their way to be helpful. For example, we wanted to send a postcard home, and they told us where to go to buy stamps, and then walked us down the street to show us where to mail the letter at.

I just spent five night at the Medium Hotel in Sitges Park. It has a very cool, Mediterranean feel with nods to the ocean and seagoing. The room hit more or less all the marks. It was clean, good wifi, nice bed, plenty of space, and a solid choice in this price category. The staff are also very informative and called us a taxi and told us how to get to Barcelona. The location of the hotel was excellent. However I was given a room on the first floor in building C and it had NO window making the room seem smaller than it actually was a.nd no kettle. I had to go to the main lobby to buy an expresso that was broken on the second day.
