Great hotel in a prime location

Perfectly situated in the centre of Sitges less than a five minute walk from the station, this hotel has it all for a break by the sea.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom was small and a little awkwardly shaped but didnt impact our stay.
The pool area is beautiful. The pool itself isnt heated so is cold which Im sure in the hotter summer months will be perfect.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. The only two negatives are that the pool is not heated and situated in the shade so its like an ice bath and our rooms air-con constantly sounded like running water.
Other than that it was clean, friendly staff and great location! I would visit again....

Misleading hotel details that aren't correct when you arrive and no customer service

The breakfast was a disaster, both days over the weekend! We queued to get in for 10 minutes and then we're disappointed at the lack of food.
There is no where enough staff and food to cope with the hotel being full as it was this weekend, everything was running out before we even got to a table.
We ask for various items to be replace and were told they were finished!!! There was another whole hour to go before brea...

Walls in rooms so thin that you can hear other people going to the toilet, snoring etc. Only good thing about this hotel is breakfast...

This hotel is right in the heart of Sitges and is absolutely wonderful. We got the Tower Superior room that has a private terrace.
The staff is amazingly friendly, speaks great English, and went out of their way to be helpful. For example, we wanted to send a postcard home, and they told us where to go to buy stamps, and then walked us down the street to show us where to mail the letter at.
