I was in this Hotel for 6 days. An experience to be forgotten! No air conditions and it was almost 40 °C degree only a weak fan in the room called air conditioning. I choose a Hotel with the restaurant, all the dinners were already paid but it was a nightmare. No possibility to chose anything, the meal was already decided. in a Cantine is better. Pros.
Pleasent staff. Great options for breakfast. Excellent location and five minutes walk from the city centre. The rooms are spacious and the isolation is great - you can't hear the noise from the outside.
Cons.
The hairdryer in the bathroom is really weak. If you have long or thick hair it's gonna take awhile. The linens and the mattress cover are not made from a nice material. We would all wake up sweaty on the...

Small and simple hotel, very small rooms. Towels are not changed until requested, and there is no shampoo or shower gel! We were in a large room with an open window and they moved us to a smaller room where there were cockroaches!!! There were literally insects on the ceiling and the floor!! I was very disappointed overall with this hotel.
Pros: good location - you are about 15 min from the palace metro and sofia is small you can walk most places, clean, some fresh fruit at breakfast, the breakfast staff were very nice
Cons:
the spa/sauna was not open
breakfast was just ok
no hotel staff late at night other than a guy who says he is only 'security'

The location was good for me, the room was quite large, and they were kind during the check in procedure, but the good things stop here. Very old forniture, the restroom is quite sad, noisy AC without temperature setting, WiFi unstable and very slow. They did not replace the toilet set and the towels after the first night.
