The hotel has an excellent location and very nice rooms. However, the service does not meet the expected standard, as not all staff are welcoming or professional. The deposit has not been refunded yet, and drinking water is charged not complimentary. Overall, the hotel does not provide the level of service usually associated with a 5-star hotel....

Came to use the spa so cant comment on hotel itself.
Had a suite which was lovely and the fruit was delicious.
The spa itself is extremely well appointed with a range of saunas/steam rooms and a pool with lovely views.
Massage was decent and good value.

A nice modern hotel.
The room were very large with an excellent view (we had a corner room on the 15th floor)
Everywhere was nice and clean and the staff were polite and helpful.
The hotel is within walking distance to the center of Sofia....

Attractive Property, but Terrible Service for a 5-Star Hotel

This was my third stay at this property while visiting our companys Sofia office, and while the hotel design and facilities remain impressive, the overall service has noticeably declined.
From check-in to check-out, staff interactions felt curt and disengaged. Upon arrival, there was little more than a request for a depositno welcome, no mention of amenities, or dining options.
