I stayed at this luxury hotel in January 2025. I booked a high floor, corner room, and the view over the city was unbeatable. The room had all the amenities you would expect with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with a huge amount of choice. The water was dirty and stank so bad we couldnt stand it. We went to the front desk, begging to switch rooms. But every room had the same nasty waterno fix, no hope. We were stuck showering in that filth.

Gorgeous room with a great view and the rudest reception staff I have ever seen in my life. Literally two employees told me they are too busy to serve me without even look at me and they sent me to look for another available receptionist. The best city hotel!No complaints, everything is up to standard. Amazing atmosphere. Everything you need is inside, no need to go outside. Comfortable, sofhisticated, clean, well maintained, friendly and professional staff, spacious and very well furnished rooms....
