Fantastic rooms. 10/10. Great location, close to everything. Lovely/helpful staff, especially the night porters. Didn't try the restaurant. Bar is very expensive. Mini bar in the room is ridiculous. Getting charged for water/coffee/tea...

I booked a room for my daughter and her mother (went for a night due to a concert in town). Grand Hotel offered excellent condition, and front lobby personnel was very kind and supportive Thanks a lot, Grand Hotel. Next time in Sofia.... first option will be your location

Perfect Location, Exceptional Service, and Spacious Room

Perfect central location, very clean and pleasant hotel, with huge and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and a staff that was responsive to every request.
Special thanks to Valentin at the reception for his exceptional kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Very large room luxurious feeling in the room. View overlooking the park was very nice. Gym amenities were okay. Bathroom was spacious and had a bath. Close to the centre of town - great location. Staff were very helpful,...

The function rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor can be occupied until gone 3am. Reception are less than helpful, always say theyll sort it but never do.
Fridays and Saturday nights should be avoided at all costs as far as Im concerned. If you get put on the 3rd or 4th floor make sure youve packed ear plugs as you arent getting any sleep before the workmen start across the road.
