Don't get too close, it will only ruin your trip. Rooms without electricity, light, reception? Rooms without electricity, light, reception? They will do anything to get more money. See, you have been warned, a hotel that is not worth it even for free, even for free

We spent three nights at Balkan Palace and had the most disappointing experience. The staff was incompetent and unprofessional in all the departments we encountered.

An amazing stay from start to finish. The location is excellent, and the staff are truly outstandingfriendly, professional, and always attentive.
