Sofia Balkan Palace is an excellent hotel magnificently located in the very heart of Sofia opposite Sveta Nedalya Cathedral. The check in was really smooth and we were greeted by helpful and cheerful staff members upon arrival. The room we were in, the deluxe room has a view on Sveta Nedalya Cathedral was spacious and very clean. The breakfast area was nice and the choice of food on offer was plentiful. No queues at ...

Wow what a wonderful hotel! Right in the heart of the city, this beautiful hotel is absolutely perfect accommodation . Staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating, breakfast was a delight and the appointments, facilities and art deco design were wonderful. I cant recommend this hotel more highly. We had a great stay there. You wont be disappointed....

Disappointing

The luxury hotel, part of the presidential complex, is centrally located just a few minutes from sights, restaurants, and shops. Its classical style brought me back in time and the spacious lobby was lovely.
The breakfast room is too big and lacks the cozy atmosphere I was hoping for.
Unfortunately, for a five star hotel, my friend and I were given a dusty room and without a hairdryer....

Sofia Balkan Palace hotel.
Great location near everything
The staff is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is outstanding!
We were a group of 5 friends . Stayed here for a week in three different rooms, all quite comfortable. Some lacked lockers entirely and had other minor issues, but these were addressed quickly and efficiently. Room changes were handled fast with no fuss.
