Just stayed with my daughter at the Ibis Sofia Airport Hotel and couldnt have asked for a better experience, especially after reading the negative reviews left recently. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly what you need for a convenient airport stay, but what really stood out was the staff.

Whilst the pictures make this look nice and modern, the beds are poor. We had a twin room and the beds were very narrow and comprised a lower mattress with a thin topper above. The sheet was too small to cover the lower mattress so only covered the thin topper, which with no weight slid around over the mattress below. Pillows were small and hard.
