Hotel room was spotless upon arrival. Beds very comfy and duvet very comfy, my only gripe was the pillow wasn't for me, my fat head kept going through it requiring constant adjustment through the night. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite. Room came with a hairdryer, ironing board and other necessities. Train access is right outside which takes you straight to the central station in under 2 minutes. ...

A fantastic hotel close to the city center with an good location. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore Stockholm.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Jones at the reception, who greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome on my very first trip to Sweden.

The positives first - it is in a convenient place and is generally clean. The bed was comfortable.
But
I booked a superior double. It was large, but shabby and worn, with scuffs and marks on the walls. Very sparsely furnished, bed, tiny desk and desk chair and huge expanses of unused space. I did wonder if this was an accessible room. If so, its unusual to have the phone all the way across the room from the bed. ...

Had a good 1-night stay at the Clarion Amaranten hotel in downtown Stockholm with our walking tour - ideal location to spend part of two days exploring the city. Modern, clean, professional, quiet room and friend staff. Full breakfast in the morning. Recommended....
