I spent the night in a room for disabled. It had boring desgin, a hard bed and a small TV far away. Hopefully the other rooms are better....

Great location, friendly staff but the hotel needs renovation

Great location, great view from the front rooms high up.
Friendly staff and the lobby area is nice. However the rooms are in the need of renovation. Cheap materials in general, stains, silver tape in the window, dirty furniture. The hotel is also in the need of additional elevators and the breakfast area needs better lighting and an improved buffet. The best is always the à la carte omelettes, but that station was c...

Nice, modern business hotel- but restaurant with a limited menu

I went here for a business trip, the hotel is centrally located just 5 min walk from Arlanda express train and the central station. The reception area is nice, and like all Clarion hotels the breakfast offer is great with a huge variety. I also found the service to be great, I forgot something in the room and got an sms from housekeeping the same day- where I could call the reception to have this sent.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are truly customer focused. We had a minor issue with our room on the 10th floor, but they resolved it very quickly. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Highly recommend!...
