Nasty heating system: loud at too warm!

We booked a "Spacious Double". The heating system was loud and it couldn't be turned off (grrr), or even down. The heating can't be turned below 20,5°C (!!) - this was confirmed to us by the reception which we called late at night, because of the nuisance and discomfort. Too bad. The hotel is nice and super well located. We liked it before; came there regularly. Not sure we will go back....

Great Staff
The hotel is perfectly locationed when you want to visit the city.
Unfortunatly the spa was not included in the room fee and was also fully book because the opening hours are restrain as the gym area....

We stayed at this wonderful hotel, close to the city and the train station. From the very first moment we felt welcomed.
Care at every minute detail, hearty and varied breakfast, splendid infinity pool overlooking the city. The added value was for us Mrs Vera, who with her welcome and generosity represented a point of reference for us. Noi non possiamo che consigliare questa sistemazione e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Lovely cosy hotel close to everything!

A lovely hotel with a really cosy feel to it. The breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. The room was comfy although we could have done with a bit more storage as there were no drawers. The location is fantastic - it's right opposite a gorgeous shopping mall and the old town was an easy 10-15 minute walk.
