Terrible service at what used to be one of Stockholms best bars.

The bar service is horrible. I have tried twice to get service, sitting by the bar. They refuse to help. First time I waited 15 minutes without even being talked to. I left, and told them the reason was no-one even looked in my direction.

Location is great. Reception area is impressive. Room was dark and overlooked by other rooms so no privacy. Such long queues for breakfast that we had paid for it and missed it on both days. ...

What a great place to stay!

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the city centre, metro just around the corner.
Stunning interior, the rooms as well as the entry, restaurant, etc.
You can just feel - and hear - the roaring twenties.
Loved to stay here and if I ever go back to Stockholm, it will be at the Haymarket again....

A great hotel and high service. The room was really nice but the bed could be a bit softer. The food was really good and our dog was welcome in parts of the hotel and restaurants....
