Awesome Cleanliness, helpful staff, room size great, amazing shower, luxurious atmosphere, no noise, ideal location. Amenities were great and super clean. Not sure of the price as it was part of a tour. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone!...

am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. At nearly 2800 SEK per night, the experience was frankly unacceptable.
The hotel gives a worn-out and outdated impression throughout. The carpet in the room was coming loose in several places, the bathroom door showed poorly repaired damage, the space between the windowpanes was dirty, and the overall standard felt shabby and neglected. We just spent four wonderful nights in Stockholm with our adult daughter. The hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance to the old part of town and major transport routes (subway, ferry, bus) are reached easily too. The staff were very helpful, particularly the two Alex's on the front desk. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from a Hilton. Breakfast was plentiful ...

We loved the location and friendly and helpful welcome. We were on the 3rd floor with a great view over the water. Very clean room and little noise heard. The breakfast was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The omelette station, waffle machine, juicer, gluten free section and local delicacies made us spoiled for choice. Would happily stay again...
