Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel breakfast is amazing with everything you could wish for and great views of Stockholm. Rooms very comfortable. In easy reach of Gamla Stan and all main attractions. I attach a view from my room taken without filters! Im back in March!...

We were offered an upgrade to Executive floor at check in for a nominal daily fee maybe as a Gold status it was discounted not sure . The lounge on the executive floor was very nice well staffed with a variety of food offerings one night it was our dinner with soup and bread and small sandwiches so we didnt have to go back out in the snow . The room was clean , with lots of little spaces to tuck items away. I wish ...

We stayed as Diamond guests to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and were upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was a lovely surprise. We had lunch at the restaurant and dinner at the barboth with excellent service. The lunch promotion menu was great value, only SEK 199 for a main course. Nice place nearby center of Stockholm. Little aged.
Strange two building hotel, you walk under the street to access the other building.
For some mysterious reason there are signs of breaking in on EVERY door, just level of safety latch....

We were coming off a cruise. I booked the Executive Suite myself. When we arrived at the hotel check in was very crowded, however, the staff was very efficient and check in went amazingly smooth. A big plus was our room was ready early. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a lot of sights. Everyone walks or rides bikes in Stockholm.
