Modern and family friendly hotell

Easy to drive to and the area is surrounded with shops and restaurants. Very friendly hotel staff at the reception desk. Our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the hotel breakfast was closed to early on the weekdays (closing 09:30)....

Terrible Customer Service

My family and I stayed at the Quality Globe Hotel for two nights in June 2025. Though the room was acceptable, the staff and customer service was not helpful. After being told where to park, we promptly found a full lot and no open spaces. I returned to the front desk to inquire. I was told to park in the open lot next to the full lot. Extremely noisy lobby

Convenient location, but we were met with awful noise in the lobby when we were checking in. It was a rock concert in the lobby and it was not possible to hear what the receptionist said and we couldn't find the room and had to go back to the reception for help. The room was not cleaned, the floor was dirty and the soap container in the shower was empty....

Expensive stay because of a popular weekend. Compared to other hotels of the same standard/price I lacked:
- Safe in the room
- Kettle in the room
- Schampoo, Conditioner and Soap in the bathroom (I hate Hair-Body-All-In-One-products!)
- Selection of pillows
The room felt tired and worn down. Please note that cleaning is only upon request.

Me and my friend stayed for tates concert never seen such a bad dirty room for what we paid almost 500$ and this is what you get? Definitely not coming back and will be staying in the city from now on! Such filt Ive never seen before on a high paid hotel yeah its a big no no...
