Decent breakfast but the rest was rather disappointing

The windows don't open, the hairdryer didn't work, there's no fridge in the room and no landline to call the front desk so you have to use your own phone and pay if you need to contact them. And the cherry on top was when housekeeping threw away my brand new underwear....

Nice and Relaxing

We stayed at the Quality Hotel Globe while attending the Djurgården football game. The 3 Arena is right across the walking plaza from the hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Great and quick service when we checked in and we were even allowed an early checkin. Really nice breakfast buffet!...

Nice hotel, Tripadvisor was able to get me a room when the hotel was sold out!

Tripadvisor was able to book the hotel during Dreanhack even though it was sold out. Tripadvosor price was the same as the advertised price from the hotel prior to it being sold out. They didn't gouge me. The hotel was nice and I have no complaints....

Modern and family friendly hotell

Easy to drive to and the area is surrounded with shops and restaurants. Very friendly hotel staff at the reception desk. Our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the hotel breakfast was closed to early on the weekdays (closing 09:30)....

My family and I stayed at the Quality Globe Hotel for two nights in June 2025. Though the room was acceptable, the staff and customer service was not helpful. After being told where to park, we promptly found a full lot and no open spaces. I returned to the front desk to inquire. I was told to park in the open lot next to the full lot.
