The staff were professional, helpful, and pleasant! Hotel was very comfortable and being right next to central station makes me want to stay again....

The rude receptionist boss Anna dont know the routine of the voucher. Because some of the letter on the voucher is fade out and she can register, also they dont have the stripe machine to read the voucher stripes (that is thier problems) . because of that she implying me for cheating, have use the voucher but not give it out to the hotel, while the hotels have a routine to collect the voucher when using, i think is s...

Dirty rooms and the wear is showing. Breakfast is really a letdown. Sadly the warm this is cold och the cold is warm. and the price is high so there shouldn't be any issues.
The beds are hard and small and some weird issues with the AC... swinging from warm to cold.
We had 2 rooms and both had the same issues, in the bathroom the trash wasn't changed and it wasn't fresh, tops and menstrual pads in it and the clean...
