Well located just couple minutes out from Arlanda express . Nice lobby offering chess boards , some books and a electric guitar ) awfully nice that . The hotel is usually packed to the gills. The check in is at 4 pm . Which honestly is terrible . They have been doing this slowly for years . Check out always noon , check in used to be a 2 pm . Then they bump to 3 pm and now 4 pm . quite a standard hotel with reduced service

I felt quite alone during my stay; the standard room was quite OK but noisy, I could hear a lot of people passing. While normally, one can chose to not let the room cleaned, it needs a certain effort by the guest to ask for cleaning - you would need to contact the reception rather than using a sign or button.

Fabulous hotel, close to station so easy to get everywhere plus close enough to be very walkable. Lovely rooms with beautiful hot shower. Rooms (superior room) were good size , with kettle and tea/coffee and were lovely and warm. Staff were super friendly dealing with an issue we had with our room safe immediately and with a smile. I just stayed one night at this hotel very close to the city terminal. The staff iss very kind and serviceminded. things are just solved with a smile simply. I booked one of this small rooms without windows. basically sou terrain. It was a small room but very logicly arranged so it actually felt lager than it was. Breafast was awsome. Thee was something for all tastes....

We had a quick, friendly check in and we were asked what sort of room we required. We were allocated a quiet room overlooking the courtyard and away from the road.
The room was a decent size and comfortable.
The bathroom is compact and spotless.
