I booked a superior room and admittedly, the room was spacious, and the hotel is extremely well located.
However, service is non-existent. My bedside table reeked of wine (probably spilled by a previous guest and never cleaned), so after my first night I asked the reception desk to have it changed, which they acknowledged. We stayed at Scandic Grand Central for 3 nights. We felt very welcomed by the lovely receptionist, our room was spacious and very clean as the whole hotel. Breakfast was great, everything very fresh with great choice of food. The hotel location is great, 2 min walk from the Arlanda express and walkable distance to most of touristy places....
