Very nice central hotel with a great breakfast and kind reception personnel. As a member with the second-highest tier, I expect a certain level of service consistency.

Good hotel very conveniently situated close to Restaurants and the Metro. Had a well appointed, if not slightly small room which had an opening window, which was great and overlooked the main shopping street below. We didn't notice any noise from the street which is pedestrianised.The staff were really friendly and efficient and gave us an early check in which was really welcome. My first visit to Sweden, Stockholm and to Scandic Klara - very impressed from the outset, location is a short 10 minute walk from Central Train Station. Staff very friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Hotel very clean, and nice to see great efforts towards sustainability. The hotel is in a very central location, close to the main station and links to Arlanda airport. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff we encountered. Probably one of the best breakfast selections I've seen in a hotel. Very comfortable room with excellent sound proofing so slept like a baby.can highly recommend this hotel....
