Excellent all over, but no shoehorn, big problem? -No, but we have to find any complain though we are swedish (joking, everything perfect during our stay and very friendly and professional acting from staff)..

Windowless rooms underground (dungeons).

I was put in a room two floors under ground, with no windows, reeking of sewage and could hear the subway in the morning. The receptionist was unwilling to help and maintained that I selected such room myself when booking via Expedia. This was simply not true. The hotel claims 4 stars and the room costed 300+EUR. For such price having a window should not be an optional extra. In short staying in this hotel was an ord...

Overcrowded breakfast

No where to sit and noisy at breakfast. I finally got a table, but when I got back from re-filling my coffee, my table was taken I had to start looking for somewhere to sit again. Breakfast here is not at all a pleasant experience....

Hard-to-beat hotel in a prime spot in Stockholm

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and would have been happy to stay longer. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. The breakfast was fabulous and we were immediately spoiled by the lovely waitstaff who took care of everything. Ill be back! Nice room, nice staff, good bed and pillows, good internet, great location. A bit expensive (and 8 euro for a coffee in the restaurant!) but I guess thats Sweden...
