Second time in a row I asked to
Clean my room, but no one has been coming to clean it in three days. It happened twice, so I definitely will not come here anymore.
We had been woken at 03:35 with a fire alarm and needed to go down, but it was a fake alarm ...

The hotel that makes us wish we had stayed longer even though we stayed for 1 day. Very close to everything from the center. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and varied. There are lockers where you can leave your luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I think the most important thing was that they had incredibly friendly and helpful employees. Thanks for everything....

Nice location, unrememberable

Pretty nice location, 5min walk from Arlanda Express and generally thus central. Not fancy, everything basic, not anything extra like fitness room or sauna. Serves well a business tripper spending minimum time in the room. My room was small, but again works for me. Breakfast generic Scandic-style, but here too, works.

The 53 was a great hotel for a short break - it was a short walk from the bus station (and the train I assume) but once checked in we discovered it was also very conveniently located for the main shopping area and within reasonable walking distance of the Old Town.
Our standard room was compact but perfectly fine - clean and well equipped -.USB charging ports a nice extra.

The room is not well maintained. From the floors to the walls to the toilets and mirrors are very dusty!!! Breakfasts should be paid for and booked, but actually it is the same breakfast they offered as before. The quality of food is exactly the same (so why should we pay more for the breakfast if we are still getting the exact same food). I think if people should pay more for breakfast, then there should be more ch...
