The facilities provided did not reflect the cost. The room was very small and depressing, in particular it lacked hanging space, plug sockets, storage space was inconveniently accessible all round too small. ...

I really like the location of this hotel; just few minutes away walking from train central station as I use Express train from Stockholm international airport. Staff were so friendly, and check and check out was so fast. Soon was not very specious but it was ok. Breakfast was ok....

Hotel in a very nice spot in Stockholm, new and fresh. Staff not serviceminded and acts like robots. My stay was cold and freezing in my room with low temperatures and the staff only blaimed the facility owner with no action. Also my company has an agreement with Scandic so I communicated the agreements number when it was time to pay (checking out). Staff only responded there was no possiblilty to use the agreement s...
