Pretty nice location, 5min walk from Arlanda Express and generally thus central. Not fancy, everything basic, not anything extra like fitness room or sauna. Serves well a business tripper spending minimum time in the room. My room was small, but again works for me. Breakfast generic Scandic-style, but here too, works.

The 53 was a great hotel for a short break - it was a short walk from the bus station (and the train I assume) but once checked in we discovered it was also very conveniently located for the main shopping area and within reasonable walking distance of the Old Town.
Our standard room was compact but perfectly fine - clean and well equipped -.USB charging ports a nice extra.

The room is not well maintained. From the floors to the walls to the toilets and mirrors are very dusty!!! Breakfasts should be paid for and booked, but actually it is the same breakfast they offered as before. The quality of food is exactly the same (so why should we pay more for the breakfast if we are still getting the exact same food). I think if people should pay more for breakfast, then there should be more ch...

Comfortable hotel well placed for tourist (and business) visitors. Great breakfast and relaxing bar area for the evenings or just settling for a while for a coffee and a read....

Dirty rooms

Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. The bins hadnt been emptied after the previous guest, and there was visible dirt on the floor, walls, and bed linens. The shower heads were also very dirty, and the light in my room made a loud noise whenever it was on.
