Went to Stockholm with my family and stayed at Scandic Park. Staff were very welcoming and nice. We had a family room which was very clean and spacious at the end of a corridor. Bed was very comfortable and sleep was good as the location of the room was very quiet. Location of the hotel is also very handy for the shops and boutiques in the city. Scandic Park is in a good location. (Technolgy wise) the hotel is a little lacking. The Wifi is very spotty and there are no integrated USB ports in the room to charge devices. Outside of that, it's a pretty good hotel. The sauna is amazing and the staff is very helpful. The resturant is pretty good also....

Fresh cleaning and nice rooms

Had to pay 200 sek for check in 14.20 instead of 16 which is the check in time of this hotel. Very late check in time compared with other hotels....

Extremely comfortable and very helpful staff

We were in a regular family room and found it was roomy enough. The chairs were nice to sit on when our children were asleep in the sofa bed. I struggle with lower back pain but the beds were extremely comfortable and I did not wake with as much pain as normal. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with any questions we had.
