Lack of information before visit. Horrible room, and still paid extra for a bigger one, personal at the front desk had a bad attitude. Stockholm has pleanty of better choices for over night stays.

The positives were the location ( which is why I chose it), good breakfast choice and the friendly staff. But unfortunately there were more negatives: chaotically busy breakfast on the weekend- badly laid out and not enough tables, the room was cramped and dated, no A/C so very hot, no fridge and smelly drain in bathroom. But most crucially the family room we had booked was on the seventh floor at the back (705) righ...

I have stayed at this hotel for a couple of days 3 times during the last year, in the standard room. The breakfast is great and the hotel is located close to the old part of the town.
There has been some issues with all of the 3 rooms I have stayed in. All of the rooms had bad pillows that didn't offer any support for your head. The first room had huge stains on the curtains. In the second room it smelled like sewa...
