The room is good as is location. The problem: absolutely nothing on tv except German. An international hotel and only SkyNews is shown. Is this 1988? You cant manage to have one movie channel? A quiet evening in my room to unwind with a movie or sitcom in something OTHER THAN GERMAN IS NOT POSSIBLE? Advertising 80 international channels is a joke : its 40 channels in German and 1 news channel in English.

A truly dreadful stay. The staff were rude, inflexible, unhelpful and the hotel is horribly dated. Room key card issues, I got stuck on 8th floor with lots of luggage and called the reception with no answer. Called the hotel group and they hung up on me! Lots of renovation work going on all over the place, not a relaxing place to stay, poor quality bed linen, room was uncomfortable and dated, without the amenities I ...

The hotel has a very nice location, close to the city center and easy to reach. The cleanliness and general order were quite good, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, I was uncomfortable finding a Bible in the room. I believe all guests beliefs should be respected, and religious books should be offered only upon request. Apart from that, it was a comfortable stay overall....

Location of the hotel is very good - in a quiet neighborhood, very well connected with public transport. Contrary to that the inner layout is little bit complicated as rooms are in a different building from reception, connected via underground passage or through outside parking lot.
Check in was fast and all receptionist very kind.
Lobby is vast and nicely decorated, while rooms little bit dated.
Breakfast is wonder...

Very comfortable hotel and very reasonable price

A well-equipped, good-sized room with both aircom and windows that open! Tea/coffee-making facilities too. Parking in the underground garage (paid separately) and within reasonable walking of the main city sites. We had to book this hotel at very short notice and it ended up being cheaper (and better) than the apartment we had planned to use. There were pool and spa facilities but we did not use them....
