Room Card Serious problem

The hotel has a serious problem with the card rooms that lose the information and instead of fixing the issue they blame the customers. Additionally the customer pays the full price but the rooms are cleaned only on demand....

The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and tasty we found everything we needed....

The air conditioning system didn´t work, the staff did not solve the problem, not showed interest in providing any solution. Very un-confortable sleep. The room was not cleaned, while paying more than 220 euro per night: unacceptable....
