Stayed in the Nordic Hotel Forum for 3 nights in mid December. I booked their Standard Double Room and the rate included buffet breakfast. Both the room and the bathroom were on the smaller side, and quite chilly when we first arrived, but turned out to be very comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful stay at the Nordic Forum Hotel & Spa as a family. Our room was spacious, modern and spotless, with a handy kitchenette stocked with water and juice, plus tea and coffee-making facilities. Air conditioning lacking

The room was 27 celsius when we got it. It came clear the air con is not used when the room is empty. You can only lower the demperature by 3 degrees so in the morning it was still 23 degrees. I'm in a hotel to sleep and it was way too hot for that. Other than that, the room was spacious and had a large bath tub....

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations and fell well below the standard advertised.
We paid for a standard double room, however on arrival the bed was simply two single beds pushed together, with two single duvets instead of one double, which was uncomfortable and not what we booked.
Housekeeping was particularly disappointing. We were handed the duvet and bedsheets and expected to make the bed ourselves...

Location is perfect!
Room was clean, airy and beautiful.
The staff remembered me on my birthday by having chocolate and the card waiting for me.
The breakfast is brilliant and tasty
Well worth!
