Safe place for a solo traveller

Spacious room, good and prompt housekeeping and courteous staff.
The king size room has a nice comfortable bed and pillows and a nice big TV screen
This hotel has excellent location in downtown and also closed to subway stations.
The buffet breakfast has a decent spread and A La Carte options are good too....

A very excellent welcome and check in experience from Tim O'brien at the front desk. He made us feel right at home and very welcome after a long flight. Very professional and caring service from Tim. Super clean and tidy room, very comfy bed and excellent WiFi speed and service....

The pillows sucked. Thats the only complaint. Other than that it was a great stay. Close to the subway (less than 5 minute walk) great location (10 minute walk to Dundas Square and Eaton Centre and 20 to the CN Tower). The only issue we had with the room is that our heat wasnt working. When they sent a text to check in on our stay, we let them know and offered to send someone up. Lots of surprises but they were all good!

Our family needed a place to stay in close proximity to Sick Kids hospital and this hotel was perfectly situated. During an otherwise stressful time the hotel staff did a fantastic job tending to us. They were extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat....

We had a great 4 night stay at a perfectly centralized location. All the staff were kind, concierge (Jing!), front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. First time we ever got a thank you note for a tip from housekeeping! Our king room was thoughtfully laid out. All in all, a super choice!...
