Solo traveller here for a conference. Room was small but efficient, clean, and had a lot of natural light.
Could not order food as the restaurant was closed for maintenance. However, I did have pleasure of experiencing their catering service the following day. The food was absolutely incredible. I stayed for 2 days with my family. A receptionist welcomed with his smile and gave the delicious welcome cookies ,which my son loved it. A room was clean and cozy, buffet foods were great. It was excellent experience to stay. I would like to stay again if I have a chance ....

Room and amenities were great, price was decent, however just skip the breakfast. They pressured us to have the buffet to the point where they suggested we look at it to see if we're interested and then took our menus while we were looking. As soon as we got our orange juice, the waiter spilled a cup all over the table. We had to ask multiple times for cream for our coffee, didn't have cutlery and the food in the buf...

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly competent staff. Breakfast was filling with great service from Rahman. Good location for exploring Toronto. Underground parking was a bonus....
